Lela is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University with a Bachelor of General Studies. She earned her Master's Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Lela is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Lic #3562) and serves as the Director of the Professional Evaluation Program. She has been an integral part of the Palmetto Staff since 2004.
