Nurse Practitioner

Ariel Graham is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background and a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. A native of Rayville, Louisiana, Ariel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University.

Ariel began her nursing career at St. Francis Medical Center, where she spent approximately four years gaining experience in medical-surgical nursing, the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), and the ICU step-down unit. She later expanded her acute-care experience while working in the Emergency Department at Glenwood Regional Medical Center and in both the intensive care and medical-surgical departments at Richardson Medical Center.

After becoming a family nurse practitioner, Ariel spent eight years serving patients at Northeast Louisiana Health Center, a rural family practice clinic. During this time, she provided comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns and children to adults and geriatric patients. Her experience in rural family medicine helped shape her passion for promoting overall health, wellness, disease prevention, and continuity of care.

Ariel later transitioned into occupational health with CareOnSite before joining Palmetto Addiction Recovery Center. As part of the Palmetto team, she brings her extensive background in family medicine and acute care to the treatment of individuals navigating addiction and recovery. She is passionate about caring for the whole person and supporting each patient’s physical health and overall well-being throughout the recovery process.

Ariel is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She is also PICC certified.

Outside of her professional role, Ariel has been married for four years and is the mother of five children. When she is not caring for patients or spending time with her family, she enjoys home baking, particularly creating cakes. She values the opportunity to serve others both professionally and personally and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of the patients and families she encounters.
